I'm Gian Lanzafame, a director and DP based in Orlando, Florida.

I've been making films since 2004 — documentaries, commercials, branded content, and everything in between. My work has taken me across the U.S. and throughout Latin America, shooting for clients like Discovery Channel, Disney, McDonald's, Volkswagen, Kraft, and Dyson. Along the way, I've picked up three Silver Telly Awards.

I started because I wanted to tell stories. That hasn't changed. What's changed is that I've learned the difference between making something that looks good and making something that actually moves people. I'm interested in the second one.

One Second Pictures is my production studio. It's the company I built to do this work — to bring the right crew, the right gear, and the right process to every project. But the vision comes from me. When you hire me, you get a director who's involved from concept through final delivery.
